Restore and relax those aching muscles with this delicate green tea blended with holy basil, citrus, and licorice root

Ingredients

Organic green tea, holy basil (rama), licorice root,  lemon myrtle, citrus pieces

Herbal Tea | No Caffeine | Steep at 185°F for 3-4 mins

Hot Tea Steeping Instructions

Bring cold water to 185°F. Add 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaves in a steeper, or one sachet per cup. Pour hot water over tea leaves, steep 3-4 minutes, remove tea leaves and enjoy. 

Iced Tea Steeping Instructions

Single Glass: Follow hot steeping instructions, using only a ½ cup of hot water. Once hot steeping is complete, pour into ice filled glass and enjoy.

One Gallon: Bring 1/2 gallon cold water to 160 - 185°F. Remove water from heat and add 1 oz of tea leaves in a steeper or 7 sachets .  Steep 3-4 minutes, remove tea leaves or sachets and pour into an ice filled pitcher. Enjoy!
